House of Tini was born from a desire to do things differently. Instead of the traditional agency model, we wanted a creative workshop built on conversation, collaboration and genuine care. We don’t reinvent who you are — we listen, learn and refine.

Meet the Founders

Dani Flynn
Creative Director, Designer & Strategist
Hey, I’m Dani — a Melbourne-based brand designer and creative director leading the visual and strategic direction at House of Tini.
I’ve spent the last few years working across branding, design and storytelling for hospitality and lifestyle brands, and I bring a very hands-on, human approach to everything I do.
My focus is on building brands that feel intentional and look cohesive — balancing strategy with creativity to create identities that resonate with the people they’re made for.

Pauline De Leon
Creative Director, Copywriter & Strategist
Driven by a love of culture and thoughtful storytelling, I specialise in shaping brands and crafting narratives that feel intentional and full of character.
My background spans editorial, digital strategy and content creation — from editing at Hypebae in Hong Kong to my current role in branded content at Broadsheet. I also work closely with Melbourne hospitality venues on brand, content and strategy.
At House of Tini, I bring all of this together to help venues and creatives articulate who they are, build connection and tell stories that resonate.
